Founder, Florida Man Innovations Inc.
Brett has spent decades helping organizations across Florida build, grow, and connect. Hundreds of companies across industries and stages. Revenue systems, market entry, partnership infrastructure.
Most consultants hand you a framework. Brett builds the system, trains whoever runs it, and measures what actually happened. Two practices do that work. Florida Man Innovations handles revenue: go-to-market strategy, pipeline architecture, the operational machinery that makes growth repeatable. Farsight Intelligence handles defense: corporate investigations, executive risk assessments, due diligence, the intelligence work that tells you what you are walking into before you are already in it.
The ecosystem work runs alongside both. Brett served as Chair of Strategic Partnerships for Synapse Florida, mentored startups at Tampa Bay Wave, and chaired the Susan G. Komen Tampa chapter. His partnership development work has helped shape economic growth across Florida, connecting organizations, capital, and communities that would not have found each other otherwise.
He holds a Florida Private Investigator license and is a member of the International Association for Intelligence Education. His engagement with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA, DHS) reflects how he approaches systems design: security infrastructure is not an afterthought. It is built in from the start. That combination of investigative discipline, security-minded systems thinking, and ecosystem fluency is not common. It is what makes both practices work.
Brett works with founders, executives, and small-to-mid market organizations, many of them in regulated, high-visibility, or high-stakes environments, on the practical mechanics of growth. Not the theory of it. The mechanics.
That means building repeatable sales systems. Implementing CRM infrastructure that the team will actually use. Designing go-to-market strategies that account for the real constraints of budget, headcount, and timeline. Structuring partnerships and sponsorship programs that generate recurring revenue rather than one-time wins. Mapping the full pipeline from ICP definition through qualification, outreach, and close, and instrumenting it so the numbers tell you where the breakdowns are before they cost you a quarter.
The standard for any system Brett builds is simple: if the team that exists today cannot run it consistently next month, it is not done yet. Complexity that requires Brett to stay present is not a solution. It is dependency.
Farsight Intelligence exists because growth creates exposure, and most organizations do not find out what they were exposed to until it is already a problem.
The practice covers corporate and commercial investigations, executive and partner risk assessments, vendor and third-party due diligence, reputational analysis, competitive and strategic intelligence, counter-intelligence awareness, and litigation support. On the criminal and civil defense side, Farsight provides investigative support for attorneys: surveillance strategy, witness development, background and asset investigations, timeline reconstruction, and evidence analysis.
The methodology is evidence-driven and adversarial-aware. Facts are documented as facts. Witness statements are attributed and preserved. Analysis is labeled as analysis. That discipline matters because Farsight's work ends up in boardrooms, on counsel's desk, and occasionally in front of a judge. The separation between what was observed, what was reported, and what was concluded has to hold up under scrutiny.
Clients include organizations navigating M&A screening, internal misconduct inquiries, regulatory preparation, and high-stakes litigation. The common thread is that they need clarity on something that matters, and they need it handled with discretion.
